It is perfect when you could not use whole can of coconut milk.
A can (- 400ml) is just too much for one meal!

Ingredients :
Bread flour 300g
Butter 20g
Coconut milk 200cc
Sugar 40g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Dry yeast 6g
Bread maker setting :
Teig – The preparation of dough function.
After the dough is done in the Bread maker,
take it out and leave it about 40mins.
Divide into 8 pieces, make them into the shape and leave them again about 40mins.
Bake about 15mins in 180°c preheated oven.
Note for the next time:
It went pretty good and my husband loved it!

My hand embroidery products,
Coin purses are now listed on my shop.

Combinations of mint green cotton
and Japanese kogin style stich on thick linen fabric.
Loving this pastel color. Spring is almost there!

I made a very simple dress.

It could be a formal dress
but this round form and golden zipper give it a little more fun element.
The pattern idea came from this lace dress.
I changed the back neck line and the body shape.

I made these sausage rolls for the first time. It turns out really good and I thought I should keep the note here in my blog. I’m into baking breads these days, so there will be more post about bread from now on!
6 Sausage roll
Ingredients :
Bread flour 200g
Butter 20g
Sugar 10g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water 120cc
Dry yeast 3g
Sausage 6sticks
Bread maker setting :
Schnellteig – The fast preparation of dough function.
After the dough is done in the Bread maker,
take it out and divide into 6 pieces and make them nice round shape.
Leave them about 10mins.
Roll the dough out and wrap the sausage in.
Wait about 30 mins.
Top with some ketchup and chopped Parsley.
Bake about 18mins in 180°c preheated oven.
Note for the next time:
Extra ketchup inside with sausage would be nice.
Add some mustard or cheese as well.
This ingredients may too loss for may bread maker. It didn’t mix well, so I will increase the amount to see how it goes.

I made an iphone case for myself.
It’s simple but the thing I worked hard on this is the Embroidery.
The style is called Kogin Embroidery.
It’s a traditional embroidery style from the northern part of japan.

I am going to upload more of these Embroidery
which I’m obsessed to do these days!
See you soon…
